Biography & Qualifications

Curtis is an Insurance and Wealth Management Specialist at Walton Financial, focusing on the development of custom financial security plans to meet the diverse financial needs of business owners, professionals, and individual investors.

He believes in a team planning approach for his clients and works closely with advanced case consultants, lawyers, and accountants. Curtis has reached tremendous success in developing unique wealth accumulation and tax strategies for his clients. In addition, he has extensive experience in helping families with estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfers.

Specialization

Curtis earned a Business Degree from Nipissing University in 2005, strongly focusing on Business Finance and Human Relations. He joined Freedom 55 Financial in 2007. One year later, he was recognized for his achievements and early success by being hand-selected from more than 80 advisors to join Walton Financial Group Inc.

In 2010, Curtis obtained the Registered Health Underwriter designation (RHU), the only designation in Canada to recognize specialized knowledge in all areas of living benefits and one of the top-level credentials in the insurance industry. In 2015, Curtis also became a Certified Executor Advisor, an accredited specialist aiding Canadian executors with complex tax and estate issues.
